I wouldn't do it because I just don't like them or Mustangs. I think after modding a Z you can get pretty close to Z06 performance and the Z looks better, JMHO.
If I was to win a Z06 I would trade it in or sell it that same week and buy something else, but if that's what you like go for it.

I have the opportunity to trade in for an 03 C5 Z06. With my 100 shot of Nitrous my Z still got pulled by about a car maybe a little more by a Z06 with Intake, Headers, And Exhaust but untuned. I think it could stay even with a stock z06. But thats on a 100shot. The Z06 would have the power all motor ALL the time. I don't know I like to race so maybe thats better for me. Besides I like the fixed roof coupe body style.

I like my Z, but those new Vettes are sweet! I never saw them as a redneck car either and I grew up in REDNECKVILLE...aka Southern IL.. Camaro, Firebird, any Mustang, and Thunderbird aka NASCAR...yes, I would definitely agree.

Both my brothers have owned Vettes and they have been nothing but trouble. I'd pass... but that's just me.
Honestly I don't understand people who change cars every 2 or 3 years or people who lease for that matter. There are some people who are forever making car payments. I bought my first car in '94 made payments for 4 years, drove it for 6 more years w/ zero payments and then bought my Z last year. I plan to pay off the loan in about 3 years and probably drive it 2 more and then get a new car, which I plan to pay for with cash.
