Default Looking for decent dealer in Atlanta....

Greetings!

I will soon be looking for an 05 Enthusiast 6MT (UY or R) in the Atlanta area.

I have some time, as I will be selling my current vehicle first.

Does anyone have a dealer they can recommend, both for "invoice pricing" and/or for service after the sale?

Thankz!

JR

Gwinnett Place Nissan is great. I'm planning on buying from them in a week or so. They have quite a few 350Z's on the lot right now. And Dave has been a great help so far.

Default Thanks for the info..

..yes, it seems from the Nissan website that GPN has a large inventory
of Z's...I'll visit them first when I am ready..right after I sell my +rU*k...

Any other recommendations or warnings from other members in greater
Atlanta/North Georgia area?

Thankz!

Thumbs up Atlanta dealer

Sutherlin is supposed to be the best dealer around.
I've dealt with them once with no complaints. I've
also dealt with Nissan of Athens (over in Athens);
they were fantastic (worth the drive to get outstanding
service I think).

Yeah, I heard Sutherlin Nissan was great too. They don't have too many Z's right now though, I don't think.

Default Thanks again...

...I live east of (Whar's Loganville?), so Athens, Buford, and GPN are
all equally close to me...when the time comes (the last day of the month
in which I sell my +rU*k...? ) I will see if they have more Z's then..

Thanks for the replies...any more further away? Have yen will travel....

I purchased my enthusiast from Gwinnett Place in October 2003 and I felt like I was treated fairly. I just had the front tires and fuel sending unit replaced at Marietta Nissan this week and also felt like they did a good job.

Last year in May I flew down to Nashville TN. from Ohio...Continental plane fair $106.00 one way. The salesman Trent picked me up at airport and appox. 3 and 1/2 hrs later I'm driving my brand new '04.5 SB ZR back home and the car had everything I wanted except Nav. What a ride home! With-in less than 3 days the deal was completed. Trent e-mailled me the fact sheet with vin#, buillt date, arrival date, Invoice pricing. MSRP on each equipment. Everything a person needs to know about the vehicle. He gives you his price which ended up being $99.00 over INVOICE. That was a great price!! Give him try if your interested...home e-mail trente@users.ccleads.com or tlearlie@hippodromecars.com Trent's a great guy to deal with too!! Tell 'em Jerry S. from Hudson, Ohio sent you!!!
As far as Service..Any Nissan dealerlship will be more than happy to get you as customer in your local area. Nissan service warranty is nation wide for all dealerships. As of today I have found a local Nissan dealership...They have a great Service Mgr., Parts Mgr., in fact the whole dealership employees are GREAT!...it is a delight just to go there. Good Luck!

Default Team Nissan in Marietta

Call Jimmy Brooks at Team Nissan in Marietta. I just bought my '05 Enthusiast for about $100 under invoice. Jimmy is the Internet Manager and will treat you right. Tell him you want a drive out price with the costs broken down. His email address and phone number are below.

brooksj@autonation.com

Tell him Michael Belfoure sent you. Maybe I'll get a bump.

Good Luck

Whatever you do, stay away from Regal Nissan in Roswell. I've tried to do business there twice and in my opinion, they just suck. Never seen a bunch of arrogant ****** in all my life. You'd think they were a BMW dealer

Completely agree with the Marietta recommendation. They have a great service department. I've been going to them for several years. However, you must understand a few things about their sales group. Go to their website to see the inventory and get their internet price. They don't haggle that price. My ZR quote was lower than Edmund's invoice. They do add a $500 line in their paperwork. That put it just at Edmunds invoice so I didn't really complain about it. I just let them know that it was pure profit and I don't begrude them making a few bucks. Just be aware of their finance guys. If you don't have it already set up, they'll try to hit you with a high rate. Also, don't forget to negotiate on the warranty.

I bought mine from Regal. They are OK. I found out later I could have gotten a better deal though. I was blinded by the bling.

(lol) Is that like "daZZled by the Z"?

I will have to watch out for that too...

I think Regal is used to people with too much money and don't care about the best deal. The only props I'll give that place is the salesman I talked to explained what a great value the Enthusiast model is. BTW, be careful if you buy the UY enthusiast w/aero they have on their lot. I dogged the **** out of that car on the test drive.

Gwinnett Place Nissan is the best place for a deal, due to their volume.

You should be able to get an Enthusiast around invoice, which is just over $27K.

I got my Base for $26K last June. It had a few add ons like the spoiler and Aluminum kick plates, and a sticker of $28K+.
