The guy is no marketing genius, that's for sure! Don't think I am going to pay 36k for a used Z w/4k miles on it and he pictures it doing donuts and lighting up the tires in the parking lot

Why have none of you wussies picked up your phone to call me??? I personally come to your home to "discuss" this matter further. Even better would have been a p.m. to the photographer asking permission. 9/10ths sure they would have given it to you and maybe with an agreement that you cite them as the photog. But flat taking them was not cool.
Then you made it worse by not apologizing for the error. That made it look like you took the pics while knowing that you shouldn't.
This is a friendly forum and you might think about mending this fence. Asking for a fistfight is enough to get you carded or off. You're probably a decent guy, so think about how you would react if somebody had used your pics to sell their car without your approval. Maybe you can think of another way to straighten this out?
