Default My girl about to get a Z

Hey guys,
I have the G Coupe and my girl about to get a Z. She was gonna get another G too, but I suggest her the Z. She loves it after the test drive. My question is the price. Here is what the dealer gave me, please let me know what you guy think:

>2005 Nissan 350 Z
>Color:Ultra Yellow
>Int Color:Charcoal
>Options:
>NAVIGATION SYSTEM
>FLOOR MATS
>SIDE AIRBAGS
>ULTRA YELLOW PAINT
>
>MSRP:$35,580
>Passport Nissan Low Internet Price:$33,257

I know that I can do better than 33,257. Just wanna know if anybody just recently get this one.
Thanks a lot,

Ratman

You can always do better if you leave and come back another day. THe price they gave is not the lowest I have seen, and that depends how many 05's they have left. IF they have alot I am sure they don't want to be stuck with them.
On the other hand spring/Summer is here too so they might hold out.
What trim is it?
I was thinking touring b/c it has Nav.
Anyway I have heard that the Nissan Nav system is not that great. If you can do w/o the Nav I would suggest finding a Z w/o it. Save like $1500

Besides that I am sure she will not regret getting the Z over the G.

Is that an Anniversary or a Touring 6MT?

One thing to consider is that the UY is only available for this year. Anyone remember the yellow (95 I think) mustangs? Today, the stree value of the yellow ones is almost twice that of a standard GT. $33,257 is not a BAD price, but she might get more for trade in or if/when she sells it later.

That price is about what I was offered, except not with navigation. It sounds like an excellent price.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the response guys, I haven't negociate the price yet. This is just an offer over email. When I bought my G, offer over email was 34,000, and I was able to get it down to 32,200, with premium package.
Thanks, and I will post some picture when we get it.

You can do better. And what trim is it u never said. Is it the touring or 35th ann.?
If it its the 35th ann then thats a fairly good deal. If its the touring then ur getting ripped a new one.
But iam guessing for the price listed, it is a 35th ann.
Oh and is it 6MT or 5AT?

You can do better. Unless it is 35th anniversary edition, in which case you`re getting a fair price with the edge going to the dealer.

Always try to get a car out the door by msrp or less!!!

Or at most just pay 1 G over msrp out the door! That's it.

Try 33.5k out the door! or 34k tops! Take your time and shop around

I am 29 and she is 25. I have an offer for 32,200. And this dealer close to my house said that they can beat it, if I come and show them that I am serious about buying the car. I am gonna go to the dealer tonight, we'll see what happen. Thanks a lot for all the advice guys.
