common dont hate, chrome isnt the end of the world, people swear that chrome is terrible becuase some people choose to abuse it. Its more the model of the rim than the finish. Lots of people have iforged aeros in chrome and no one hates cuz theyre iforged. Hate the style, not the finish..

i havent gotten any hassle for it yet.. i have 15% on my VW GTI and i would get pulled over everytime i drive it... but not in the z... of course i dont drive it too much.

i think the wheels look pretty good myself. a little lower maybe and it would look pretty cool. no need to go with what everyone else thinks or has. it is funny how sometimes other forum members come in and flame a guys car, but most of the time it is guys that think zaino is a valid mod that do it, hahaha
