I just bought my 05 touring. Best decision I ever made. Do it....now.

Buy late model year 04 or 05 only if you are going used IMO.

When you buy your new Z don't forget to join the Class Action Suit Against Nissan For "Tire Feathering" and "Tire Roar" in the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Nissan 350z!

The only "roar" is when I am blasting on the freeway, screaming past "other" vehicles, blowing by them like there is no tomorrow. Negative law suit from me. rich, san jose, ca

Go get the Z, I'm sure you will enjoy it. Get an 2004.5 + if you can.

Bought an 03' Z with 22k miles and have not experience any problems whatsoever. No feathering, pulling to the right or left, or rattling noise of any sort. When I'm driving with the windows up and stereo off the car is quiet as hell. I am also rolling on the stock 17's with the Bridgestone potenzas. Even though i was well aware of the feathering/alignment issues i still bought the car with no hesitation. I'm not trying to imply that all the issues that everyone is experiencing are rare and/or exxagerated. I'm just merely sharing my experience. I wonder how many people out there lucked out like i did. Anyhow cheers to the new Z owners.

Oh yea bought mine for 23.3k.....CS touring with nav.
