Default ticking noise on first gear?

hi. can someone give me advice? i have 18k miles on my car and lately when i release the clutch slowly on first gear, theres a ticking noise. it also occurs when im on 2nd gear and it has the noise again when it slows down. is this normal? it ticks everytime im on first..

If it sounds like it's coming from the rear end then it's probably the rear axle clicking TSB. Do a search of the forums and you'll find many threads about it.

Take it to your local nissan dealer and they can fix it under warrantly.

I have the axle clicking too, just started maybe 3-4k ago.

actually it sounds like its coming from the front. is this a major problem that must be resolved asap? -=( thanks for your help...
