Hey guys,

I recently replaced the tranny under warranty, along with the clutch, and now the tranny makes lots of noise on the 1st gear, while accelerating. Im not sure how to describe this sound, but it sounds like a freakin 4WD SUV accelerating! and it does the noise only in first gear.

And also, it seems like the clutch engages completely like an inch from the top of the pedal, i mean...it cant be i burned it in less then 600 miles of driving, mostly on a highway, or can it? I dont push it hard, dont race and as i said, drive it on the highway mostly...

Overall the tranny is smoother then the previous one, and the clutch is way better too... but the noise pisses me off!

You think I should go back to the dealer and get it checked out?
