Those are sadly the best options... Polyurethane bushings are usually squeeky, but provide almost the same comfort as rubber. If you get some new tie rods with spherical ends, you will eliminate wheel hop completely! My brother has an AE86 with T3 4-link in the rear and lateral rod. We can launch that car at 6000 rpm and no wheel hop, just squat. Back to the Z: For the stock suspension, only on a launch do you really get wheel hop, so it's no big deal to me... the Z is not a drag racer anyway. It wants more than 14 seconds of fame.

i only get wheel hop between 2k and 4k. if i go obve that it goes away. so if i dump it at 5 or 6 smooth burn out. but the hop is not that big of an issue for me. just was wondering if there was a esay way to fix it for around 150 bucks

I only get a chirp at 3000 RPM... no hop, but then I don't drop the clutch. On the Z, I slip the clutch only long enough to take up the slack in the drive train, then I let go and floor it. TCS off, of course.
