nissan not so friendly/trashy show rooms

The Nissan dealers in our area have remodeled/rennovated and look updated.
Very clean, with a generally courteous staff.
While not to the level of Lexus - Nissan is light years ahead of GM and the C6 Corvette owners who paid ALOT more then we did. Check out the Corvette forum sometime if you want to hear some really bad dealership horror stories.
Nissan is rolling out these newly rennovated/remodeled dealerships throughout the country - hopefully they get to your area soon.

Though I didn't buy my Z from them, Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee is spotless, and their service crew and staff in general are quite helpful. And the cutie at the cashiers desk always wears v-necks.

Sorry didn't bother reading the whole thread... But yeah.. I love the Lexus dealerships... they had a driver picked me up and went where ever I wanted... and their chocolate is hella good... The Nissan one is just crappy... Even when I went with my richass cousin to buy a 2006 350Z for the asking price... they weren't even happy about it... they gave us dirty looks as we were walking by and everything!! I mean come on we're buying a brand new 350Z FOR THE ASKING PRICE!!! what more do you want?!?!... That just happened to me so maybe others had better things....

The dealership I bought mine from was "decent" from a curb appeal. Baker Jackson Nissan North. Thankfully my salesman was extremely knowledgable on the product he was selling as well was other competitive products. Though I did my homework prior to stepping foot in the door it made me feel relieved not all salesmen try to let the car sell itself, though that's the case most of the time.

Performance Nissan isn't too bad, although when i went there there wasnt much of a waiting room, just chairs outside where the salespeople calculate the numbers and what not, no free sodas, coffee or anything of that sort. I was damn near sold on an '03 Touring it had 40k miles on it, they were asking 24.5k for it though :-( would have bought it but found my track for about 4k cheaper with the same amount of miles on it. Theyre a step up from Sierra Honda (had a civic before) the sales people were rude as hell but not as bad as the technician that worked on my car...I was like that close to deckin him though..

I've bought a couple of Nissans from Herb Gordon, in Silver Spring MD. They treat you very professional and the managers are awesome to talk too. The service area is clean and the wait room is okay. Iv'e had good relations with them for the past 7 years. My ex-wife has a Lexus RX300 and when it was serviced there are no comparison. The showroom is like a 5-star hotel and their lounge is equip with all the necessary needs. That is why they are rank #1 with customer satisfaction. The nissan dealership is all different except the one I mention about. My problem with nissan is when I go for service they keep allowing me to test drive and end up getting that vehicle later down the road.

No they are not, They're a bunch of crazy animals.
Traded my 2001 IS in last month on a 350 base. Northshore Nissan in Highland Park, IL. Everyone was decent except for the finance guy, definately no Lexus dealership though. Then again they're trying to move Altimas and Muranos.

All I will say is that today I went to a Lexus dealership to test out a new IS250 for my wife...HOLY CHRIST!!!
They were offering free 15min. massages, food, drinks, computer use...
Real high class place.
Then they told me it would be $700/mth for a IS250awd for 24mos. with $2,500 down.
c-ya...
