Default The Z doesn't have an in-cabin air filter.....

...correct? So why did my dealer replace it and charge me $59.95? They called and said I needed one and if my memory serves me correct...the Z doesn't have one. I said yes to see what they would do. They did it. Thoughts?

Have them show you where they replaced it. If they can't, then get your money back.

Get your $$$ back because there is no filter to replace.

Maybe they changed the air intake filter, in which case you still got ripped off bigtime.

Here is the latest.....which is good news! The technician caught it, but the service advisor didn't. He called to tell me that it was done along with a few other things. When I went to pick it up, the service sheet said "customer requested in-cabin filter to be changed- Car does not have filter". They got lucky! I would have blew my lid.

I think this is an update to the first post. Could the first post had been in between the time he had taken the car to get serviced and then the update after he recieved it. He said that he was called, which means he was somewhere other than the dealership's shop. Looks to me that there is about a 6 hours difference between both posts. Pretty harsh for someone with only 56 posts.

Dekidex1977,

No offense, but get your Sh*t straight before you attack a fellow member. NCparamedic is completely right. Learn from him.
