I have an 2003 350Z Auto/Tiptronic (12,000 miles) impoted from Japan to UK but have very little technical info and would appreciate help with the following:

I want to use a trolley jack but don't know the safe area to put pad?
The auto box doesn't have a proper oil cooler - has anyone fitted one - is there a requirement. My footwell transmission tunnel seems to get hot during long trips - left leg is always too warm?
Is there a workshop manual on line anywhere - our american friends seem to service and modify without any problems?
I find that at slow speeds there is a low frequency noise, almost like a rubbing brake pads, that I suspect is the autbox, is this normal? it's almost as if the box is on the point of shifting agear - has anyone in the Portsmouth / Southampton (UK) area got an Auto 350Z that I could listen to to see if it is the same as mine.
I also want to import a body kit and induction kit from the US - any recommends would be appreciated
