Well it happened. I saw my first 350z with 19" chrome spinners today. Chrome itself is bad enough but with the spinners it's just plain disgusting. No surprise that the driver was a youngish looking punk.

spinners - tacky/makes me throw up

 

chrome = looks good only on luxury cars
spinners = ghetto bling

It depends what the "Chrome" rims are. Some people think my rims are chrome. But they are not. They are some kind of light weight painted rim that looks polished. 5zigen Hyper 5zr SMB's. When I think Chrome Im thinking like Impala SS chrom rims with no dish. You guys following me.

 

all the spinners, no matter how expensive they are, look as cheap as WalMart's spinners hubcabs

 

Chrome "look" lips are ok I guess (not my cup of tea) but these were cheap looking chrome wheels with the spokes almost completely obscuring the brakes. Anyone else think wheels like Mayas are just plain ghetto?
