Exclamation

My car and my brother Z had that noise. Dealer grease rear axles on both cars after 10k milles still is fine. It looks like nissan need to add grease before deliver those ZZZZZ.

I think you're alone on that one. Maybe your car has some sound-proofing issues in the cargo area. Do you have the OEM trunk liner?

When my tank is full, I sometimes get a creaking sound when I accelerate and brake.

I found out that my noise when letting out clutch in 1st and 2nd was actually the rear wheel bearing TSB. Got it fixed, but not without the dealership cutting my bolts and ruining my Rays lugs. Anyway, car is much better and no more clicking. Also seems to have gotten rid of a metalic whine when accelerating. Seems to shift a litter smoother too. Could that be due to back torque from bad wheel bearings?

I just brought mine in for the "ticking noise" today and the tech has orderd parts to fix it. It will take a week or two to get the parts. I also had the driver side window motor replaced today also. The tech told me that because windows were tinted it would void the warranty but he didnt tell the service manager about the tints so got it fixed under warranty. Has anyone heard of window tints voiding the warranty with power window issues?

Yep! I had the problem at 14k and now it's back at 28k. I'm taking it in tomorrow to have it fixed. I've been thinking about getting rid of the car because of all the nit-picky problems. I've had just about all of the built-in factory problems so, needless to say I am tired of the headaches! Plus the warranty is up soon.

so far after 500 miles on my S2000, I dont regret trading in my Z for the same reason. I miss the Z a little bit, but then I hit 7500RPM with the roof down and I dont feel so bad no more.

I think I have the same noise. I hear a clicking/ticking noise from my right when i take slow turns in a parking lot or accelerate in 1st for a second and then take my foot off the accelerator. I took my car in and the dealer said it was because I needed to replace my brakes. ???? Oh well, replacing my pads this weekend so we'll see if the noise goes away. If not, back to the dealer...

I have the clicking noise too ... it seems thou that its front the front passanger side wheel and only makes it when pulling in our out of parking spots from a dead stop ... So anyone figure out what its is? It look like a lot of people are having problems with this.

I had mine in for hub work, torque setting on the axle bolts and a few other rear problems. Probably wider tires in the back with A LOT of tracking...
