anyone selling stock deck?
Anyone with an aftermarket deck considering selling their original Z deck?
Its gona be going into my '04 Z which didnt come with its stock deck. It came with a shitty alpine unit, although the previous owner did upgrade the speakers and all
So im looking for the deck...with or without tape player (as long as it fits) is fine with me.
Let me know if you got one lying around or got a hookup for one.

Ok... slight problem...
The reason im looking to replace my alpine deck is becuse it looks like ***. I want the stock deck look (being with or without the tape player).
However, it seems as if the speakers/amp and all have been changed as well. It the bose system only compatable with certain manufacturers?
What about the non bose decks?

That is originally what I did. The ONLY reason I replaced it was because the jackasses at the garage where I work (valet parking) continued to play with my system even after numerous complaints. I was affraid they'd blow my speakers or **** something else up.
My original mod was a new JL 300/4, focal 165k2p fronts and an AlumaPro 10" sub under the rear strut. The sound was awesome. When I pulled it I added an additional amp & focal coaxal rears. Oh, you will probably want to add a bass **** as well if you have an aftermarket sub. The bose doesn't drive base very well.
