I think it's site policy to regurgitate topics about once every 15 days.

Why would the RX8 and the Z be fairly even on a track? Is there something I didn't know about the RX8's handling?

RX-8's handling is very balanced. The car has a perfect 50/50 weight dist. and has neutral body roll. BTW all Z's come with the same F and R suspension. The only thing track has are brembos, lightweight rims, and rear underbody diffusers. But in a straight line any Z will smoke a RX8 and also on the track because the Z has more power and torque. You need to keep the RX8 revving high to have fun with it where as the Z has instant wheel spinning torque and has a better power band. Plus Z's look wayyy better.

I thought the touring and 35AE were porkier than the Track? I could be wrong...

I'd buy that. I'm a little out of touch with the '05 and '06 changes. We who have the 'old' '04's don't keep track, ya know.

I have had one person at my school who thinks he knows about every import tell me that the track Z was turboed because there was no way a nissan v6 could have 300hp . Then tell me the track package had less horsepower so it good for the track . But all I do is give them the brochure that has all the packages that tells about each one then I wait for o you were right.

I own a Track. I'm better than you all.

Ok, J/K. I love all Z's. They're all really the same damn car. I love Z's regardless of the model.
