I think you should be able to. Are you willing to look used at all? I bought an 04 Touring, loaded with Nav and Aero package for $28,000 with only 5k miles, and that's here in DC where things are usually a bit more expensive. I would think for $29k without nav you should have no problem.

Do u want new or used? This is a huge question. Remember the first 1000 miles sets the wear pattern and to me is simply not worth it for someone to drive the hell out of a car and u have no idea and to reap the results later on.

Second, the numbers play a part. how much down are u putting, interest rate, length of financing....are u trading anything in. Even with end of the yr models, i don't think nissan offers anything less than 5% of incentives due to high demand.

good luck!

Good point. Also, go to a credit union if at all possible, I got 4.25% from them, the best I could get elsewhere was twice that. Good luck and happy shopping!

What is this "Aero package" you speak of? I bought a used 03 Touring and I think it came fully loaded but I always want to make doubly sure. Can you explain or show pictures of this "Aero package"? Thanks.

Aero package is the lip spoiler in the back and a front chin aero deflector.

Am I missing something?

I'm usually all for telling someone they can get a car cheaper... but, based on what I'm seeing, a basic '05 Touring 6-speed (are we talking 6-speed or auto?) has an INVOICE of $31,395 with destination. Also based on what I'm looking at, there are currently NO incentives on the vehicle. So yer trying for $2400 below invoice??? Why would the dealer sell for a LOSS??

If I'm missing something, someone please feel free to correct me.

NOW, if yer talking automatic ... that would be about $1300 below invoice. That MAY be possible, but I still think yer hoping for alot. If someone really needed to get it off the lot, they might sell for that. then again, they may choose to hold it till incentives kick in.

If it helps any, I bought my 2005 brand new touring 6 speed with navigation for 33,900. I ordered it in feb. and lets say the navigation was about 1800. You do the math. Also, check out edmunds and see what others are paying.

Still don't see it. Are you talking about the splash guards?

What is this front chin aero deflector? Is it that piece of plastic underneath the car that I have to remove to change the oil? That is a deflector?

BTW: Where did you get your nick? Are you the same spaceman_spiff on IRC that I know?
