Default Seat TSB Build Date 4/03

My cloth seats have seat wear but the build date is 4/03. The TSB is for all build dates befor 3/21/03. Just missed the cut! Do you think they will replace the seat cover??

Good question. I didn't even know there was a TSB on seats...

Too bad there isn't one for leather. Despite using leather treatment, my bolsters are looking pretty lousy.

Yeah..I've noticed my steering wheel and leather bolsters are wearing fast. I use Zaino leather lotion every two weeks and more in in the summer when the heat is crazy. Nonetheless...they are wearing. I only have 19k too. That sucks!
Maybe Nissan will step up..... but I doubt it!

I think it's one of those basic warranty items (3 years/36k miles).

I have a 2004 Z w/ a build date of 2/04 and I just had my seats replaced in June. The driver's seat looked exactly like the pic in the TSB, dealership replaced both seats and head rests. Nice place!! My Z was 1 yr 1month and had 22,+++ miles on it at the time I took it in.
