Default Euro 350Z coming to US in 2006

Well this was according to my dealer while getting my first free oil change at the dealer. It was funny watching the tech try to check my tire pressure with my Z theft proof valve stems caps. LOL! I had to tell him, don't worry about it, you can't get them off, LOL!

Salesman said its a called a Euro version which has 18's in front and 19's in rear. He said the rear is much wider than the 245's now.

I said wouldn't that be the Grand Touring version and he said no, its different. He said they are getting 06's in the first week of October.

Euro version, WTF is he talking about?

Speaking of Euro version, does anyone know where or how I can obtain the Euro style rear signal light? The half red half clear.

I thought the 18/19 combo was the new track wheels while everything else gets this years 18" anniversary wheels. Sport Z mag has the rundown somewhere.

Dealers surprisingly don't know that much about their cars. I went with my friend today to his Mazda dealership for a checkup and we went to check out the RX-8. A sales guy told us that it had 300 HP. I told him that can't be correct, but he kept insisting it was 300 HP. I asked him at what RPM and he didn't know.

I checked on the spec on the net and the RX-8 has like 230 HP, he wasn't even close >_<;;

Theft proof valve stem caps?! I'm probably missing some joke, but those exist?
I ask because someone has stolen 3 of mine.

I think he's speaking of the white/red lens in the rear bumper, not the tail light assembly.

You might want to check these out also: http://spin-caps.com/
Get their long version(XL), it will cover most if not all of the black rubber stem.

I used them and they work great.$19.95

The 2006 Track and Grand Touring Coupe get new Rays forged 5 spoke wheels. 18X9 with 245-40/18 up front and 19X10 with 265-35/19 on the rear.
