Good question, just order my first mod a popcharger, but i'll have this installed before then. I'd like to work on the interior as i screwed up using armoral vinyl protectant and now the inside is about 10 different shades of black

The cure for the patchy look is this:
Drench the door panels and everything else plastic in it and let its soak out of the sun. Come back after an hour and drench it again. Leave it over night and next day wipe down with a dry towel to remove greasy film.

I won't do any engine mods in the winter as I would want to take the car out to test right away instead of waiting until the spring to see if anything was not working right.
Hopefully the varis air duct group buy will go though and I can install that in the winter. No need to test that mod.
PS: I use armourall and I don't see these "different shades" you are talking about.

I did at first. It had to do with different absorption rates causing glossy spots, and non glossy spots. I just kept on soaking them until they were all uniform.

It doesn't really snow in Portland, Oregon (where I am.)
Question for the masses: I'm new to the Z, how does the Z do in the rain (because I lead a very wet experience in Oregon winters)? Does the rear end breakaway progressively when gassing? I have stock 17"s and the viscous lsd.
Curious because, I just came back from showing some buddies my car. I did an inertia drift around a perfectly paved but off camber 90 deg bend in parking lot and scared the shizzle out of my homies. The other homie outside says "do another another one, that was sweet!" and the passenger homie replies "get me the F out of here." It was fun and primordially gratifying to compensate for bad angle of entry with shear torque on demand.
Boo-yah!!
The rear-end breakaway was smooth like butter but fast. Scary-fast? [Evil pinky rises to evil mouth.]
