Ditto. The VDC was important to me, even though that's not a popular opinion among the world class race car drivers using this forum. I've had it kick-in a few times and each time it has been for the better. Therefore, I'd go Touring personally. Only you know what's important to you. I'd imagine you could get aftermarket leather fairly cheap for the Z though, theres only 2 seats...

That said, I'd buy the 35th again, no question.

I would pick Track if I can redo it. Performance is nice, but lacking the forged wheels and Brembo brakes.. For only $2000 more, it's worth it.

I will have a chance for the 06, probably sell my Performance and get a 06 Track.

I got an enthusiast with side airbags and it is exactly what I wanted. I disagree that Aftermarket leather is not as nice. I have had it before and thought it was just as nice if not nicer then factory. I may go that route in my Z.

I got the Touring model because I don't mod much. All I have is the Clear Bra, Street Scene grill and Honda Element shorty antenna. Also, I usually keep my cars a long time, so buying the current year model was no big deal to me. If you don't keep your cars long and plan to sell in a few years, buying the newest model makes more sense. Also, if you do a lot of mods, might as well get the base or enth model. Only thing I might have added if I did it again would be side airbags.
