Depends on the speed and angle of the impact. I went to a "wet" auto-x event once. Most people chickened out cause the rain, but they still held the event. After 15 runs it was pretty brutal what my car looks liked.
All the cone hits on unprotected parts - the wheels and side skirts came off easily. Just my finger rubbing. The ones on my front bumper took a lot more work. As well as the mark on the OEM clear bra area by the rear wheel. I had to use novus #2 plastic polish and a PC to get most of them out. However, I couldn't get two cone hits off my front bumper no matter how many passes I made with the PC/polish. I was just able to make them less noticeable. Didn't want to try a more agressive polish for fear of dulling the clear bra.
