Someone posted a thread on here a little bit back where people were talking about it. Can someone find me it?

It's always a sad day when a Z owner with a car that is at the caliber I wish mine were at just up and sells it...
Thats a beautiful car, I hope he's able to recover from the shock of the first morning that his Z is gone.

A55mnky from Jersey, aren't you one of our members? What a terrible shame to give up your extraordinary ride. What is your car doing here in Mt. View, CA? Are you entering grad school here at Stanford, or perhaps Santa Clara? Wherever you go, I wish you well.
That's slay2k on this board. I think he wants to sell b/c of school reasons... he just recently moved to one of the most expensive places to live in the country as well.
Now if he already sold his car or not (and this happens to be a bogus auction), I'm not too sure...

Yeah, I would PM slay2k and ask him whats up. I've seen the car for sale several times too, but I think its just because he cant sell it. If its him selling the car, I would say go for it. If some one bought it and is now selling it again, then I'd be worried, but like I said, I think he just cantg sell the thing.
Poor guy is paying a fortune if he's relisting his Z over and over again! MF eBay charges $40.00 to list a car.....same amount to relist it.
And...he has no bids on it. As an eBay Seller myself, I can honestly say a fair amount of Ebayers have a flea market mentality, they wanna get something really nice, dirt cheap!
This dude is gonna have hella trouble selling an '03 Z Coupe on eBay for $35K, regardless of what mods he has in the car.
I had tried to sell an old '85 Turbo Z with NO luck (A POS that I unfortunately bought from another eBayer for like $350.00)
I ended up donating it to charity...

lol...I love ebay for that though. It is a shame it won't sell though..it's a nice car, not my cup of tea, but a nice car. It seems that eBay is about all that, deals. I'm sure he'll get some interest, but for what he's asking..I mean..the market just doesn't seem to act in that way (IE mods are really worth NOTHING with resale value unless you find the right market; eBay helps, but isn't the preferred method IMHO).
LOL. I agree about ebay. People are looking for things next to nothing. Then some people pay almost retail for used stuff. Its crazy. I've bought and sold about 5 vehicles on ebay. Its the rare stuff that brings money there.
About the Turbo Z listed. Its a sweet ride, but I would be concerned because he makes no mention that the bottom end was replaced with forged internals. Also, as many tranny problems that 03's had, do you think it will last mated to 500HP?
