I've got the inflatable lumbar support from the Aircraft Spruce website and it does make a big difference in the comfort level. This spring, I made the 12 hr drive to Tail of the Dragon and back with no problems at all. The 350, like my former Z's (280 & 300) are very confortable even on long road trips. And this is the opinion of somebody that can't stand to sit for more than 2 hrs anywhre else.

I too get a little lower back pain from driving my Z, but only after a like a 2 hours ride which I don't do offen so it isn't too big of a problem.

that's an involved question and has to do with your posture while driving and any pre-existing musculoskeletal problems you may have.

Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions??
Unfortunately, individual anatomical differences from person to person will make some seats incredibly comfortable and supportive for some, and the same seat intolerable for others. For me, the Z seats are the most comfortable I have ever been in! I can go for hours without a problem.

That's because the drive was too intense! Try drive casually, no speeding, no trying to beat the car next to you, put on some slow music, smile and look at the scenery, relax, like you are driving the family wagon.

But of course, who buys a Z and drives like that?

I was at the point of looking to buy new seats with lumbar support. I cannot understand why these cars don't have lumbar in them. My husband drives a C6 and it is worse.

I have these in my car, they work great.

My doctor said if the top half of my back is not touching the seat, it is the same as slouching while driving. He could be a quack but my back has never been better. I also found that having the seat in a more upright position as opposed to laying back helps not only maintain posture but gives a better feel for the cars balance.

Thanks for all the input guys!

I'll give the beach ball thing a shot first. If I can fix the problem by only spending a few bucks then that means more money for other goodies

My only problem with driving with the seat in a more upright position is that I'm a tall guy and it sucks having your head hit the headliner the whole way.
