Default Damm idiot damaged my redline Z.

An idiot pulled his car back in the parking lot without watching back. Sucks... but shitty things always happen....

Total Estimate cost is around CN$2200(US$1500).
Need to replace door shell and struff...

Since Chrismas Holiday is comming soon, this can be fixed next yr.
Next yr....Sounds too long... i want to cry..

I'm assuming you weren't there when this happened since you're talking about paying it? That sucks man, and it's REALLY obvious on your gorgeous Redline.

I was in the car and I saw what was happening. Too bad my reaction was too slow. Obviously it was his fault, But as a matter of fact, he did not have insurance. I have to pay for $300 deductable.

I heard my insurance company gonna sue him becuase it is illegal not having insurace in Toronto.

I'm sorry to see your car in that shape. Why does bad stuff always happen to good people ???? Did you have insurance? It does'nt look that bad. Stick a big Santa door ornament over it until you get it fixxed. Then put a covered bucket with a slot for donations on your roof. And then if you really want to get the ball rolling on your repairs, get Salvation Army stickers for your car and a bell to ring at intersections while you're waiting for the green light.

What an idiot. Your right that driving without insurance in Toronto IS ILLEGAL. He should have just paid you because now he is not going to be driving for a while and his fine could be as much as he would be paying you anyway. MORON.

*** Holes who have no insurance **** me off to no end. Obviously he had no insurance because he can't drive. Your pic proves that. I wonder what kind of record he has that he does not have insurance, or he is just a LOOSER!!!

I have very good news though

When I picked up my Z from dealer, Nissan Canada gave me some kinda insurance(like gift-certificate) protecting my car from Vandalism, crash(like this), super natural disaster. This insurance covers up to $500 and I can pay my deductable with that. I didn't pay for that insurance at all and I can use it for fixing my car. What a gift

Now, I have to worry about matching paint color from panel to panel.

Ooowww! I am so sorry to see that damage. I hope after the $300 deductible, the insurance company won't raise you rates because you had a claim :-(
