Hi Jas-
Thanks for posting-
any updates yet?!?! I just got news that we wont be getting the 06s before December since they have to modify the car to meet Gulf Specs.... (Dubai-UAE)
anyway, still craving some more insider info if you got it-
cheers from the desert!

FRONT SUSPENSION UPDATE...
Same part number for the upper control arms / spindle etc... but the front upper control arms look different on the 06... I am going to try to take one off and compare...
NEW TOE ANGLE ALIGNMENT SPECS....
All alignment spec's are the same except tow in is now 1mm (0.04") normal, and adjustable to 0mm (0.00") minimal and 2mm (0.08") Maximum...
compared to before where normal was 2mm (0.08")...
There are also new Inner and Outer tie rods that are on the 2006 and up models... THey look like they can be fitted on the 2003-2005... I am going to try to get some in stock and test fit...

Jason, you're definitely the man. Any good pictures of the white one?
Also, topic for discussion - wasn't the word that all versions of the 06 came with the 300hp/260tq engine? The Enthusiast sticker still has the 287hp on it...

seriously, your cool as sh*t man. You obviously got mad love for the Z and its enthusiast's. Props to you.
How does the whole delivery process work. I'm in houston, so how would it work pricing and all?

Jason...I have an 03 touring with feathering. My homework on parts discovered that in 8/04 Nissan changed the upper and lower arms and the spindle. Also the shocks and springs. Another forum unser has said that 05 owners are still reporting the feathering issue. So your saying that Nissan has changed the front end again. I guess before I went crazy with changing parts I would want to know what Nissans position in this is. I assume for the moment there isn't one except for the same bandaide fix of alignment and tires. I would be very intereseted to know if you think the new parts will address the feathering problem. I still love my redline 03 and am not in a hurry to say goodbye.
The other thing I noticed about the 06 is the curb weight. Nissan Canada's site has the Performance M6 version's curb weight listed as 3401 lbs. The Performance M6 seems to be simiar to the Touring model, which is 3247 for the 05 model. Did the 06 models pork up?
