I got a better one than that. I went into that same dealership back when the Roadster first showed up and was looking at it in the showroom. Although there were people in the little offices surrounding the showroom who saw me, no one came out to meet with me. After easily a half hour, a young guy walked through and and I asked him if I could talk to someone about the Roadster. He went into one of the offices and they pretty much shooed him back to deal with me. To make a long story short, I purchased that Roadster off the showroom floor that day. At one point the guy who shooed him to me tried to "take over the deal" and I insisted the young guy finish it up with me. I dont know how they work things there but they decided early on, I was a waste of there time, and they were wrong. By the way I love my Black on Black on Black 04 Roadster.

I don't like Power Nissan's service department either. But I did have a pleasant buying experience from them. I was able to test drive a Z by making an appointment with the internet manager. No pressure of hassles at all - no talk about buying now, financing, etc. I then ordered the exact car I wanted and waited patiently for it to come in. This was over 2.5 years ago, so I guess there are new internet/fleet managers that are not as friendly?
