Payed off. Is that true that when you buy a car from a dealer they dont give you a title untill you make the last payment???

Just friendly advice from someone who's been around this block for awhile....Keep the "Look how young I am and paid for my own car" threads to a minimum. They're pretty played out. There are guys a LOT younger than you who bought their own cars, and guys a lot older than you (like me) who've spent as much on mods as you paid for your car. The point is that your age has nothing to do with your being a Z owner/enthusiast, and threads like this one always come across as bragging, regardless of how they were intended.

Regardless, congrats on your new purchase. enjoy it!

Lots of those people arent having dreams - they are having nightmares!
Now they complain because they cant afford the gas for the car!

Yes, and did you know if you light it - it will burn?? Perhaps you should fart in the fuel tank - cheaper than gasoline!

Well, the lien holder technically owns the car you're driving since the money you used to buy it came out of their pocket. They should hold the title. I can't see it happening any other way.

NOT payed off, not even close, lol. Anyway, I wanna keep my Z as a daily driver when it is payed off and then buy a Z06 for a Sunday car, or that's the plan right now anyways, we'll see if anything better ever comes out.

Old guys? Age has little to do with budgeting. I paid cash for my car. I looked at the finance charge on $28,200 for 4 years and almost had a heart attack.
