Dealer replaces my plastic frames with their own?
OK just realizing this after being at the dealer a week ago. Had my car in to get he rear axle bolt fix done. Everything was done great, good service on time and everything.
Anyway I notice that they have taken my plain black license plate frames off and stuck their frames on with the dealer name. I know its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, its not like I had specialty frames or anything, just seems like the principal of the thing.

Send the Service manager and dealeship general manager an invoice for advertising services on your car. I actually did that once when they added their frame on my license plates, and I received an apology from the dealership and a coupon for some kind of free stuff. If they do that without asking, there's no telling what else they would do (road trip to Burger King).
Moste dealers do that to get the "word" out i see my self reading those license plates frames all the time and ask my self why don't those people take them of they are ugly! But i do remember moste of the places where they guy bought the car...
lol.... benz did the same thing to my step dads s430, it had a dealer in floridas frame and when he took the car to larchmont ny to do some work they swapped frames! Needsless to say he was pissed!

id try and get them to do the next service for free,
or get a lawyer to write them a letter for changing parts without your permission and get $ out of them...
