24, upstate NY. I pay $210/mo and that will go down to about $190 once I re-take defensive driver. State Farm as well.

The Z isn't that expensive to insure, as it cost roughly the same as my 2001 Honda Prelude. That $480 a month sounds really really high, even with extra coverage in MO.

No need to check anymore. They are definitely grabbing you by the *****. Anything over $200 a month is insane.

Would the fact that I am listed as primary driver, Z being my daily driver and being single under age of 25 make it this high? I went to statefarm.com to get a quota with 50/100 coverage and it was stilll $340 a month. Progressive was $412.

Yea being a girl helps your insurance according to an insurance agent that was at my school when I was in highschool. They claim females are more responsable than us teenage boys so they get lower insurance.

Just turned 26..and yeah that has an effect on my insurance. 89$ a month for 250 deductible on my Collision and Compr. With Allstate...

(Discounts from Insurance agent, New car discount, ABS, Alarm system, add a LoJack will give you 5 % off, and i still have 10 % off from my defensive driving)..
