Question Quick Question

I remember someone saying if you have a base model and you do a burnout only 1 tire will leave a mark?? is that true and why do the other models spin both wheels burning out.

B/c of a lack of an LSD. Base model owners get the one-wheel burnout.

Just as well. At the price of tires you can clearly picture a $20 going up with each puff of smoke!

Where does this idea come from about the base 350Z? That the rear axle will only provide power (torque) to one wheel. The car does have a differential. Can someone point me to a technical reference? Thanks.

Yes the base does have a diff (if it didn't then you would definatley get a two wheel burnout), but it does not have a limited slip diff. Just google LSD (Limited Slip Differential) and you will learn the difference.

Yeah, an open diff.
