Default 350Z suspension in an Altima?

Does anyone know if the stock 2003 350Z suspension will fit into an 2002 Altima? Has anyone done this? Thanks.

Quite impossible - remember the 2 autos are not the same length!
Why would you want a stiff suspension in an Altima?

I think the Z uses completely different suspension that was designed specially for the Z.

Thanks to everyone who replied. A buddy of mine wanted to lower and stiffen up his Altima and wanted to know if it was possible since I have my stock 2003 suspension laying around in the garage. I'll let him know.

The Altima is FWD... why would you bother? Probably no matter how good the suspension is, even with LSD and stiff rear sway bar, could you ever really correct the understeer?
