Miko -- The most difficult part (which was not difficult, just time consuming) of installing the grounding kit was removing / re-installing the hood sensor latch (I think you only have to do this on 03' models). The space was tight - hard to get any movement out of the wrench. You should go for it!!!

Miko,
Run some Prestone brand fuel injector cleaner with octane booster. I did this afternoon and it helped. I think part of the problem is that the Z's idle is so low for emissions, that it tends to stumble at different ambient and engine temps.
