Default 350Z domain name legality

Maybe someone out there knows the answer to this question that I have. I am selling some 350Z related domain names that I own via eBay and one of them is

Nissan350ZDriven.com

Does anyone know if Nissan would try to take away the domain name for trademark infringement?

Yes. What you are doing is domain name pirating. Unless you can prove prior rights (which I seriously doubt you can), Nissan can easily force you to relinquish the domain name to them.

it's not pirating, it's cyber squating. either way, if you're looking to profit off of Nissan's name for reasons other than creating a site of parody or information for entertainment, then you will lose the domain right to Nissan along with big *** lawyer fees.

I would be willing to bet they still own it.

As far as lawyer fees, they would most likely send a "cease and desist" order first, if you refuse, then you start looking at legal fees.

Even if you have a great case like Nissan computer company, you still lose.
