WTF??? wrong way wiper rubs paint off!!!
The car is delivered from the factory without the rear wiper in place. Upon arrival at the dealership, someone removes the wiper from the inside of the car, and “snaps” it in place. 80 percent of the time they get it right.
Does this sound plausible?

UPDATE:
I took my car to my local dealership to show them the problem with the wiper. I drove right up to the service bay where the service manager took one look at it, called over her supervisor who promptly said "get this man's wiper fixed now and make an appointment for him to have his spoiler repainted". I was flabbergasted! I expected an argument. Instead I got great service. This will be taken care of under warranty. I'll be taking my car in next week for painting and new tires and an alignment. Props to Southern States Nissan for exceptional service.
