wow! what a guy! he even replaced your stolen short antennae with an oem one... thats a true Z fan....


if someone were to jack anything off my car, i would appreciate it if they replaced it with someone aswell. like if they jack my stock wheels, i would appreciate it if they replaecd it with someone else, like some crappy civic wheels or something. that way i can atleast get home.

 

This is ONE reason WHY I'm upgrading my firearm....some MF tries to steal something off my car just MIGHT get a bullet to the brain.

I live near Charlotte...here in the southeast, one flake of snow is like kryptonite to Superman. If they forecast an inch of accumulation there is panic in the streets...disaster alarms go off...all citizens report to the local grocery for ration of bread, water, milk, to perpare for the disaster about to befall them. The entire city closes until that inch melts, since they have virtually no snow equipment.

It's all pretty funny after growing up in the mountains where it wasnt much of a big deal.

 

The second day of ownership in my new roadster, went to a movie with the girl, park real far away and come out to find that some MF stole the Z emblems off of the side of my car. I wanted to shoot someone.

 

...and let me guess. They used a screwdriver and caused $700 worth of damage to get that $30 thing off? This... would kill me.

 

What I did with my antenna is... i got a rubber glove and used as much force as i could to try and twist the sucker so it stays on...

Without the gloves on I couldnt for the life of me, take the antenna off.

No loctite, theft-security.

One thing you guys could also do... is... (and i did this cuz i was really pissed the first time my antenna got stolen) i Zaino'd the shorty antenna... the thing is not only on pretty damn tight, but also slippery.

I dont know if the Zaino would work for the s2k antenna, i have an ebay antenna that i think looks a lot better.

 

If that happened to me, I think I would go crazy... what the hell is wrong with people like that?

It worries me because my shipment from Courtesy Nissan for my Z emblems is coming in on wednesday... worried some punk will try to pry the emblems off my car. Any advice on this?

 

I keep a car cover on the car when it sits when I'm at work and drive it sparingly otherwise. It wouldn't take long to snag it though and you have to ignore (as hard as it is) those types of things. That is why I said I'd never get another car that I "cared about" and look what happened. I whole bunch of idiotic things happened to my Porsche and I swore off cars "I cared about" -but didn't listen to that side of the brain.
