In this comparison (S2000 and Z) yes. The Z is heavy.

S2000 weighs in just a bit below 2,900lbs and 350z with DE is just below 3,200lbs. The Z is 300lbs heavier sure but has 50 hp more and 110 tq more. These numbers are DE vs AP2.

Yea and the z is lighter than a hell cat. Weight isnt the only factor. Weight, hp, tq, suspensions all play into how fast a car is.

You may be able to compare an s2000 to a de, but definitely not an hr. Hr is way faster, and after an exhaust and an uprev tune.....forget it, the s2000 just won't be anywhere near the same league.
