Default Worried About The Touring ????

Hey guys, Im picking up my 05 touring on tuesday, im just a little worried, i want u guys to assure me that the speed is relatively the same for the track, 35th ani... and the roadster

PLz can someone just let me know that the speed difference wont be that much. Thanx

BTW its $AUS60,000 base pay for it... is the 35th anniversary addition the same price as the touring???

i dont know the dollar equivelant to australian money. 35 anniversy is more expensive in the states. $38500US. as far as speed, probably not much differeance. weight would be the issue there.

Your driving ability will be the biggest factor since all stock Z's are very close.

Congratulations and welcome. Your speed is relative to your driving skills. If you look at the drag racing forum, you'll find Touring drivers posting 13.80 second time slips, and Roadster drivers posting 14.2 second time slips. The following week, its exactly opposite. I run anywhere from 13.70 seconds to...ummm...embarrassing. You drive a 350Z. Enjoy the ride and don't worry about breaking any world land speed records (well not just yet).

Depends on 5AT or 6MT. AT is tad bit slower...Either way, great car and enjoy.

Oh, no! The Touring is the slowest model because it weight the most. You will be smoked by a Honda Civic.
