replacement piece

anyone know where i can get a replacement for this piece? not sure what it's called. also how to install it? thanks

That's your b-pillar. I don't know where to find an OEM replacement, but you might take this opportunity to replace it with carbon fiber. Do a web search for a "350z b-pillar"... or try this link:

They have an online catalog of OEM parts than you can locate exactly what you need.
