what makes it a "racing" gas cap anyways? it's not lightweight, doesn't add horsepower, and doesn't decrease coefficient of drag...

 

also doesnt look good, gas caps covers are meant to blend with the body, not stick out like an eye sore

all the stock Z needs is a nismo front lip and nismo side skirts and it'll be done. no wing, no lameass stillen body kit or anything ugly like that.

I was looking for one when I first bought my car. They are like special order only and require quite a bit of work(and drilling) to install...not just a snap on thing.

I think they look really good, especially for the notorious gas cap not matching the rest of the car syndrome that I have fallen victim to.

 

speaking of gas caps...is the actual cap connected to the car by a piece of plastic? If so, is there some type of hook on the flap to keep the cap from laying on the side of the car while pumping?
