Reading your posts has been a blast, but the z just went down the road. Time for kids and all that good stuff. 27,500 for 04 base w/minor mods. At least I got a little money back. Good luck all.............

Take care. My first Z was a new 260Z in 1974, my second was a new 350Z in 2004. I took a 30 year break for “kids and all that stuff.” Like myself, you’ll be back.

Man, you sound like you are heading to prison... Is that what I have to look forward to for marriage and kids?

Check the thread in off-topic titled “I got rid of my 350Z for a wife and a bunch of kids. I want to shoot myself. HELP!”

If I ever have a couple of kids, the wife can have the sedan/minivan and I'll keep my toy. There is no friggin' way that I'd allow every vehicle in the household to be practical.

Should have kept the Z. In x number of years, you could have handed it off to your kid and said, "See, now, this car is a classic..."

Almost same story. I had a 280Z in 1978. Sold it when my first son was born. Got my 350Z on Sept 17Th. My son is now 24 and my youngest is 13. Freedom at last! 24 years and 4 kids and an ex-wife later.

Just go buy a "family car" and keep the Z as your daily to work ride.
