Default wait until spring or next week

hey guys this is my first post , right now im driving a 98 maxima (modded here ) i thought it was a fast car when i first bought it but that was coming from a 95 buick century. so now im looking to get a Z. anyway heres my dilema, if i get it now i can get rid of my constant itch for the Z but i heard it handles like garbage in the winter even with snow tires. or i can wait a couple of months until the winter is over, and buy then im sure the price would drop a little bit also. so what should i do?

also would you guys advise me to spend the extra money to get an 05 instead of the previous Z's, because of the whole feathering thing or would a simple alignment and tires fix it thanks

o yea tell me what you think of my max

I cant think of anything "practical" about a 350Z on any sports car. And saying that, the best time to be impractical is now!

I agree Spring prices WILL be higher. They line em up on the lot come March. I have an 03 Touring and have had some of the standard problems with it.(still Love it) I would try for an 04 or newer. And Yes the Z handles terribly in winter unless you get snow tires but even then it won't be good. What I did is bought a beater at about the same time I got my Z. I got a 95 corolla for about 1K and have been driving it for almost 2 years. Some guys buy beaters as their first mod!

I am looking for a Z roadster and am planning on buying soon or sometime over the winter when I can hopefully get a cheaper price.

I would wait until next spring so you wont have to deal with winter, or having to drop another grand on snow tires/wheels. Get an 05 or 06 because they fixed most of the qwerks out.
