does this COMPLETELY disable the vdc, or just log the on/off status of the vdc when the car is turned off?

It simply maintains the previous setting when shutting off the vehicle and restarting it.

pay $40 for someone else to send you a switch and some wire, or do it yourself for like $4.50 with a switch and 5 feet of wire from autozone.

I now have a $65,000 car. I don't think that I am going to concern myself with the idea of "saving" $35.50. It should be rather evident that in my case, money is not an issue. I feel sorry for you in that the value of a couple cases of beer becomes a large enough issue for you to be cutting into the wiring system of your 350Z. My time is even worth more than that. Thanks for the post.

If your saying you've invested 30k in your car, perhaps it would be less if you did some work yourself. I didnt cut into any wires in my car. It just takes about 3 minutes of thinking to figure out how to do it. Should I sell my idea for $40 on here, maybe, but I'd rather tell people how to do it.

Remove the 10amp brake fuse that you pull to disable the vdc system. Get mini fuse taps, stick into the slots where the fuse was. Run your wires to a switch with a 10amp inline fuse on one of them. Theres your switch, no hacking into the system anywhere and can be put back to stock in about 2 second by pulling out the fuse taps and putting in the original 10amp mini.

.....and speak dont good english

ive got the KPtech TCM too, was pretty easy to install myself. I wouldn't mind ordering their speed sensitive auto door lock switch (which unlocks when ignition turned off) when i have some spare cash.......unless KP do a group buy on them like they did on G35forum

Most folks on this forum are not on here to practice their writing skills. Most of the time when I type a response, I respond with the least amount of words to get my point across. I am not looking for the most grammatically correct and elegant manner in which to express myself. Thanks for your educational reply though.
