OK, for all those who want to flame just keep on when you have a problem. Remember this is a forum for those of us wanting information. Let me give you some reasons for why we do what we do. One in my case I found a 04 350Z with only 14k miles on it and I picked it up for only $20K, (sweet deal). Second, I have been customizing cars for the last 15 years. Moreover, five of them I was a car audio installer; which in turn we did the local aftermarket cruise controls for the Honda and Nissan dealers. Therefore, after installing over 100 cruise controls in vehicles I do have the experience doing this. I do agree with some of the people saying that this can be dangerous, and they are right. If you do not feel you have the level of expertise to handle a situation like this then do not touch it as a throttle stick can be deadly, too say the least. I will give you a few reasons why you may want to have cruise control.
1. Have you ever had a State Trooper behind your Z and try to keep it at a steady speed?
2. Has your girlfriend ever wanted to give you a favor? If you can hold the throttle steady, you are a better man than I am.
3. Long distance trips, it is nice to have.
4. Because you want it.

I have ordered my cruise control and will be installing it this week. I will make a Pictorial of this, as it should not take more that one to two hours to install including opening the Corona. All I can say to those who choose to flame is I hope you never have a problem with your Z.

More power to you, modifying a car is all about making it better for the person driving it, screw everybody else. Do what you want!

Good News, I am installing my cruise control right now. It is straightforward. I got the Rostra Cruise with steering wheel remote, which is working pretty well. I had to stop tonight; it will be finished tomorrow. I have been taking pictures so others can follow. Also did the clutch adjustment while everything is apart. Good Luck to those who follow and Happy New Year......
