Here is a high speed mirror I'm hosting for direct download using any web browser.

It's best to right click on the file and select "Save Target As" and download to your desktop.

Simple Instrutions:

After you download the file, unzip using Winzip or another unzipping program. After it is unzipped, simply run the file called Start.exe. You do NOT have to burn this onto a CD. It works fine right off your hard drive.
