Buy the goddamn thing. Don't worry about what a few people say about YOUR car. If you like it, then get it. I didn't know you had to impress a bunch of strangers by getting a MT.

Sorry the convocation was getting a little boring. Even my girlfriend drives a stick, why didn’t you get a PT Cruiser? I hear they come in turbo now, plus there is all that room for groceries.

Nothing wrong with an Auto plus you dont have to worry about the blown tranny the Manuals something have
It is more expensive to repair an Auto and the only way you'll blow your tranny is if you keep on power shifting and put a really strong Racing Clutch. try to abuse your Auto and let me see if it'll last as long as an abused MT

The auto sucks! I should know. I bought an 04 but my girlfriend drives it about 90% of the time. I took it to the track and got blown away by everything on the start. The car is great in traffic and everywhere else. If you are going to drag, manual is best. Auto is good for daily driving in traffic etc. The auto shift really fast but I miss the launch from a standstill whereas my auto cannot light the tires up. You will be driving it so get what works for you.

Sorry there hasn’t been a good auto vs manual debate in awhile, I was just trying to get a rise out of you auto’s, always a sensitive bunch.

To the initial question, I have always enjoyed a manual, I just don’t feel like I am in complete control without my stick. However, you know the guy and that’s an extremely good deal for a car with so little mileage. +1 to the guy before me, get whatever you like and tell everyone else to kiss it!! The auto just isn’t my thing.

PS, Don't think you will find a deal like that elseware.

PS, find out if he has had problems with tire feathering.

Brother, look at the performance figures.... you'd lose a drag race by a few miliseconds!!!
If get "blown away" by everything (yes even from a dig) than you need to work on your hand eye co-ordination.
Personally, I can light the tires up with my G sedan, just as well as I can on my friends 04, 05 MT G Sedans....
Please dont take any offence to this man

Yeah u are right camaro194 but remember everytime a thread is brought up and it has the words "auto tranny" in it then members like EdgeofSanity has to post his pointless comments in them and they become and auto vs. manual thread. But back to the original poster... thats an AWESOME deal for a 04 touring. I paid 36K for mine but it was new and had the Nav along with LMGT4's and S-03's. But make sure it still has warranty on it just in case u run into any feathering on the stock potenza's.

+100. I always light up my tires from a dig when I step on it. All you gotta do is turn traction control off and mash the pedal. Thats it. And now its not just because I have sticky tires. I was able to do this on the stock tires as well before my Z was modded.
