Default Quaife LSD from Forged Internals *GREAT*

I just purchased the quaife lsd from forged internals. Ordered on tuesday and got it same week on friday. Sharif is great to deal with. Buy from him if you don't want to have any hassles. I will do a review on the LSD when I get it installed.

Limited Slip finally installed. I will do a couple hundred miles before I start really testing what it can do. I will have the review by sunday if the snow will stop coming here in Utah. Just drove around for 10 miles after the install and I can't even tell it is in, feels just like my stock open diff. I went into a parking lot and did some tight turns and couldn't hear a thing and didn't feel like it was jerking around.

More to come.

Jeremy

Did you have to buy other parts to make it fit or do you have a base auto?

If so, what parts and how much $$

Thanks, and congrats on getting the best diff made.

Quiafe now has two different diffs. One for the 6MT, and one for the 5AT. So in the future, no spacers will be needed.

This is what it cost me.
1460 - LSD
100 - Spacer / Bolts
200 - Installation 3hrs.
------------
1760 total.

Installer said they inspected bearings and they were fine. I only have about 25,000 on the car and its an 03' Base model 6mt.

Sharif-

Is the new limited slip totally different or is the housing just a bit different so you don't need the spacer?
