Wow, that hurts to look at! My herat goes out to you on the loss, but glad you're okay. I'm also curious if this means you are getting a new one?

Honestly, I don't know. I haven't put much thought into it yet. I'll be driving the beater, and I do mean beater, for a while ('92 Ford Escort).

Thanks. Out here in SC, it may be nearly impossible to find, but a nice 350 with a TT would be good

WOW, good thing you're okey!

My Z departed this world 11/29/05... no rain here in Southern CA though, just people driving with their heads up their a$$.

I'm in the same boat as far as getting another Z. I loved my car, but the "magic" is gone and not sure if I'll feel as passionate about it as I did.

Hope everything works out for you!

Cessna, thanks. When I saw the aftermath, I was just glad that I was still walking/breathing. It was quite a ride.

Ice, Volks, huh?

Heh yeah doug i know it was a pretty bad accident but those rims cracked like a pretzel. A friend of mine absolutely creamed a curb trying to drift with his volks and barely got more than a dent. Their craftmanship truly makes them worth the extra buck. Check out the volk - process of making the wheel - video flying around the forums. Quite a interesting view. But good luck on the car truly hope everything work out for you I've been down that road after a totaled Z and a blown engine.

I hear ya' man. I do believe in the saying "you get what you pay for". Those TSW were good wheels at a good price. Not a Volk type wheel, but they served the purpose. If I do find myself in another Z, Volks are definitely at the top of my list of "to-dos".
