Default Anyone else with the second edition catalog notice this?

One of the last pages of the main book has a glaring error. Its the page with the overhead shot of the CS Z that says something like "helmets optional" (sorry, don't have it with me). Take a look at the rear window of the car. On the right side, the glass magically goes beyond the C-pillar. It sticks out too far on the right, as though the picture was a really bad photochop. Interesting, eh? Anyone else pick up on this? I'm sure someone noticed before I did...

Default Whooops.

I just took a look at it. The caption is "Race Helmet Optional."
I'm not sure how this got by them. Looks like the chopped rear window was never finished. The washer nozzle is centered on the window, just not the car.

I figured it would have been, but I didn't find it on the search. My bad...

Good catch. I have the catalog but haven't broken the seal on it yet. Is there a place where I can get another copy so I don't have to open the numbered one? I'm not usually paranoid like that, but I figured if I could grab a non-numbered one then I should keep the numbered one shut. Thanks!

Thanks VQracer, I'll try some other dealerships around town. I had called my dealer when my package first arrived to see if they had any catalogs, but the 2 people I talked to (my salesman wasn't in that day) had no clue what I was talking about. I guessed that it was just something available only in the pre-order gift, and not out in the public domain.

Don't worry about photographing every page unless you're REALLY bored one day. Thanks, though

It's amazing that people get PAID as professionals to produce this type of crap (the picture that is...)

That's exactly what I was thinking. But the more amazing thing is that it past an editing review! Shame on the editors...
