Not really -- but here's what I do:
1. Pull out the headrest completely
2. Move the seat back all the way
3. Place a very small pillow where the headrest was
4. ZZZZZZZZZZ.... in your Z
3 years of semi-daily 'I'll be right back' worktime naps in the Z.

no she looks like a full size human being to me. The only thing missing from that pic is me in the passenger's seat.
